Multiple projects for private equity industrial owner, including tenant improvements, maintenance items, and building emergency response.  Also provided oversight / owner’s rep services for the demolition and environmental remediation phases of an 84 acre brownfield redevelopment project, including abatement and demolition of over 1 million SF of existing heavy industrial buildings.
