As the President of Premier Commercial Construction, Chris is responsible for leadership and oversight of a wide variety of projects for the firm’s clients. Chris’s expertise includes corporate facilities planning & development, preconstruction consulting, design management, conceptual budget & schedule development, value engineering, bid development & review, contract negotiation, contractor selection & oversight, risk management, relocation planning & management, commissioning, and project close-out.

VICE PRESIDENT
As Vice President of Premier Commercial Construction, Mark brings over 35 years of experience in commercial & industrial construction, historic restoration, and specialty consulting to the firm. With broad experience and deep knowledge of the real estate and construction industry, Mark’s expertise includes construction & real estate planning, development, entitlements, sale/lease negotiation, consulting, design management, budget & schedule development, value engineering, bid development & review, strategic sourcing, contractor selection & oversight, and project management.
