Premier has performed multiple projects for a major pharmaceutical client in Central Ohio in their FDA/DEA regulated high-security facility.  Projects have included design-build construction of 2 new ISO 8 / Class 100,000 CGMP clean rooms,  construction of a new high bay DEA-regulated high-security narcotics vault, multiple design-build office expansions, installation of new 4,000amp electrical MDP, which required a tightly-coordinated planned facility outage, and a phased reconfigure of warehouse pick/pack racking and conveyor system while keeping the warehouse fully operational during entire project.
