Premier was tapped to work with the world's largest cloud services provider to construct FEMA 361/ICC 500 rated storm shelters inside of 6 existing Columbus area data centers.

​

The project required interior demolition, extensive excavation with zero emission equipment, heavy structural concrete, steel, and masonry construction, and reinstallation of interior office finishes around the new shelter structures.  All of this was performed in an operating data center environment, with extreme security and procedural requirements to perform even basic tasks.

The very challenging projects were completed successfully within the client's extreme requirements, to provide future protection to their associates.
