CROW WORKS PLANT 2

Based on a referral from a previous client, Premier was asked to serve as the CM for Crow Works as they consolidated manufacturing locations, and doubled their square footage at their main campus in Killbuck, Ohio.  Premier worked with the client on numerous design iterations and VE options to deliver a 50,000 SF ground-up building that fit Crow's design aesthetic, while functioning efficiently as their main distribution hub for a range of nationwide clients.  Project broke ground in March, 2019 and Crow was shipping product out of the facility by the end of August.
