Brick House Blue is a coworking and event space located in the Bridge Park development in Dublin, Ohio.  Premier was engaged to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the build out, which included a significant amount of unusual, custom work to provide the unique atmosphere the client's were trying to achieve. 

The project also included significant logistical and scheduling challenges, related to the ongoing construction of the shell building and surrounding civil infrastructure.  Premier worked with the developer, base building construction team, client, and design team to overcome the site's challenges and deliver the project on time and on budget.  Space at Brick House Blue is in such high demand from their clients that they have already undertaken 2 additional expansion projects with Premier, more than doubling their original footprint.
